CO₂ laser ablation system for the treatment of precancerous anal lesions

THD^® Laser Station is a CO₂ laser ablation system that emits a coherent beam of light at a wavelength of 10.6 micrometers, which is strongly absorbed by water, and therefore by human tissue.

High-resolution anoscopy (HRA) with THD^® HRStation enables accurate identification and visualization of lesions, while THD^® Laser Station allows them to be removed easily and safely using the next-generation THD^® Light-Scope HRA Laser proctoscope.

THD^® Light-Scope Procto HRA Laser offers:

• a laterally removable curved, atraumatic introducer that keeps the camera connected to the anoscope, avoiding interruptions during the exam.
